Last weekend in Lynden...

... the boys (well, technically MEN) went to a remote control airplane swapmeet in Monroe on Saturday. Yeah, they actually had FUN!!! Grammy, Auntie JJ, Caleb and I just relaxed and had a late lunch in Fairhaven at Avenue Bread... yum! It was a pretty laid back trip but we all had a good weekend.

9 months old

Caleb turned 9 months on Superbowl Sunday (Feb. 3rd). He had his nine month checkup with Dr. Belko last Friday. He is currently 19 pounds, 3 ounces and 28 inches long/tall. Both measurements are between the 25th and 50th percentiles. So, he is average. Of course, he is anything BUT average according to his mommy and daddy!

Caleb loves Buddy & Riley

While I wouldn't say the dogs LOVE Caleb yet they certainly enjoy helping him finish his meals and they tolerate his hair pulling. Kevin and I are certain that they will fall as much in love with him as he is with them... and soon!

Caleb is crawling!!

Caleb started crawling on Wednesday the 25th of January!! He had been scooting, lurching and rolling around the room for weeks and weeks but finally has mastered crawling! We're in trouble now! He also seemed to master clapping that same day. We haven't seen too much clapping since but I'm sure it will make a comeback.
