Birthday Bike

Caleb inherited Ezra's old bicycle for his birthday this year. We brought him out to the garage to see it and he was kinda quiet and then asked in amazement: "What is holdin' that thing up?!?!?" Kevin told him it was a kickstand. Caleb replied: "I always WANTED a kickstand!" :) Silly!

Great Wolf Lodge

After experiencing Great Wolf Lodge with the Postier family a month or so back, Caleb decided that he wanted to go back to celebrate his 5th birthday. So, Kelly, Seth and Ezra came over the mountains to spend a long weekend with us...starting with Great Wolf Lodge. Uncle T joined us too. Eli came but quickly came down with a fever and so spent the night at Nana and Papa's house. Poor baby! He missed out on tons of fun!

Reaves Family Auction

My good friend, Daphne's husband, Josh, has been in and out of the hospital for months now. He was originally admitted for pneumonia but they discovered that his weak heart was really VERY weak as well as some other compliactions. At this time, it looks as if he will be in the hospital for some time... likely needing a heart transplant. Sara Colson put on a benefit auction to help the Reaves family with expenses. They raised over $10,000! Judy donated these two baby quilts. Jenn Collins, Jennifer Gould and I put together a cool coffee basket too.
