I came home from work yesterday and picked Eli up to give him a hug. He saw my necklace and said "pretty". That's a new one! He now says "blanky", "bitty" (binky), "mama", "dada", "bubba", "papa", "nana", "moo", "fish", "amen", "cheese", "cocoa", "caca" (car or truck), "cracker" and "pretty". And I did hear him say "Buddy" once but haven't heard him say it again. So, officially I'd say he has 15 words.
